Yesterday Ford debuted the new 2015 Mustang. We are pleased to see a body style that fits the retro look of the one that started it all, the 1964 Mustang. It has surely updated a lot of the features for this generation – some options might come as a surpise to true Pony enthusiasts. Ford will be introducing this new Mustang globally and a lot of the options available are geared to that. Here are some of the features availabe:
- Independent Rear Suspension. This is a first for the Stang, but will fit nicely if used as a daily driver.
- The Mustang will be available in a 2.3-liter EcoBoost (turbocharged) Four-Cylinder, 3.7 V6 and of course the 5.0 V8.
- You will have the option of a manual transmission, or an automatic with paddle shifters.
- Upgraded interior with My Ford Touch.
- Nice tech features like keyless access and start, cross traffic alert and blind-spot monitoring (optional).
Ford has done a nice job of updating the Mustang both inside and out. We love the front end and we are pleased that they have kept the sequential blinkers (a fav of mine). Take a look at a few of the pics, what do you think of the 2015 Mustang? Do you love it or….? Let us know your thoughts!
